I worked with Sprout & Co to design and develop their branding from their inception in 2014 as a cold pressed juice brand to the opening of their first restaurant Sprout & Co Kitchen in 2016 and through six subsequent restaurants.
I was the Creative Director responsible for all branding strategy, design, packaging, art direction of photography, social media, menus, posters, print management and brand development. Together with the founder I worked on new initiatives and tactical projects from the setting up of a farm to in-office allotments, pop up restaurants and all store design interiors and outside facades and signage.
